Lambic – Gueuze
This particular blend of Cuvée Armand & Gaston consists of 85% of two-year and three-year old lambics and 15% of jonge lambics. That is why the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is more than 26 months. We used lambics of three different barrels and five different brews. Of these brews, about one third contains our own and locally sourced cereals and one brew contains Coigneau hops from a small family hop farm in Poperinge, called ‘t Hoppecruyt.
